THIRD WIN IN A ROW FOR FCT 253 WOMEN’S TEAM

Yesterday FC Tacoma 253 women’s WPSL team played their third game in what was a warm and windy day.
Our ladies drove to Everett to the Goddard Stadium where they played against Fuerza FC.

FC Tacoma 253 was in control of play for the majority of the match, creating lots of goal action. Deborah Salvatori Rinaldi, Alia Guagni and Jackie Corley were the scorers in the first minutes of the game, attempting to score several times but being stopped for offside and for lack of precision when shooting on goal.
Finally, Deborah Salvatori Rinaldi assisted Alia Guagni who scored her first goal in her debut in 2015 WPSL season. A few minutes later Deborah assisted Isabel Neyman who scored a 2nd goal.

In the second half the music didn’t change and our ladies kept playing a beautiful game. The following scores were from Deborah Salvatori Rinaldi, who had 2 goals, and Jackie Corley (assisted by Federica Laddaga after good possession and combinations from the team) for the final 5-0.

Now FC Tacoma 253 is leading the rank with 9 points in three games. Behind them are Issaquah SC with 7 points and Eugene Timbers Azul FC with 7 points in 5 games.

The next game will be on Friday June 12 against Olympic Force at 7pm at Gordon Field in Bremerton, WA
